Reservations
When you make a booking with us, you agree to the below terms and conditions:
1. If the number of guests attending your booking changes from the original number booked, we reserve the right to adjust the number of oche playing areas you are allocated and/or your playing time to ensure all our guests have the best possible Electric Shuffle experience. Please be ready to play at the start of your booking as we can only hold the oches for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you’re running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
2. Please note that our cancellation policy is 48 hours’ notice before your booking. If you cancel after this period, you will unfortunately not receive a refund. Please note the notice required increases to 14 days for bookings in “Christmas period” between 19th November and 24th December inclusive.
3. For all food and drink pre-orders, full payment and final numbers for your group are needed 72 hours before your booking. These pre-orders must be used on the day of your booking and can’t be transferred to a future booking. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.
4. Please note that our updated cancellation policy as of 16/03 on Coronavirus is that all bookings may be postponed for a future date, however we are not currently able to process refunds until government guidance and support is provided. 5. This agreement is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which can be found here: https://electricshuffle.com/privacy-policy and are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
6. This booking is subject to our general terms and conditions, which can be found here: https://electricshuffle.com/terms-and-conditions and are also available at any of our premises or on request from our Reservations and Events team. If you make a booking, it will be solely on the terms set out here and in our general terms and conditions, to the exclusion of all other terms put forward by either you or us, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Together, these terms and our general terms and conditions form the “agreement” between us relating to your booking.
7. PLEASE NOTE: All guests must be over the age of 18, and proof of ID may be required. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to our property or equipment.
Tournaments
When you book an event with us, you agree to the below terms and conditions:

2. Please note that our cancellation policy is 14 days’ notice before your booking. If you cancel after this period, you will unfortunately not receive a refund.

4. Full payment for any agreed minimum spend is due 14 days prior to the booking date.
