Where is Electric Shuffle located?
Our address is 91 Red River Street, Austin, TX 78701. We are located at The Quincy on the corner of Red River and Davis Street across from the Hotel Van Zandt near Rainey Street.
What ages are permitted to attend this event?
The Y2K New Year’s celebration at Electric Shuffle is for guests aged 21+ only.
When do the doors open?
Our event begins at 9pm on Sunday, December 31st and will last until 1am.
Where can I park my car?
Paid parking in the area is limited and subject to availability. We recommend the Camden garage, valet service at the Hotel Van Zandt, or utilizing ride-sharing apps to travel to and from the event safely.
What does the open bar include?
The open bar package includes beer, house wine, call spirits with mixers, and five signature cocktails – Espresso Martini, Spicy Margarita, Mambo No. 5, Moscow Mule, and Old Fashioned. Shots will be available for purchase.
Does everyone in my group have to arrive at the same time?
Reservations will be listed under the name of the person who purchased the ticket(s). If guests in your party will be arriving at different times, they will need to tell our team at the door which reservation name they are checking in under. After the number of guests checking in matches the number of tickets sold for the reservation, no additional guests will be able to check-in under that same reservation name.
Will tickets be available at the door?
To help ensure guests enjoy the best experience possible, there is a limited number of tickets available. We will send out a communication approximately 24-hours before the event that will include information on any tickets available at the door.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
All guests should bring their photo ID and proof of ticket purchase with them for check-in at the event.
How can my group play High-Tech Shuffleboard?
After everyone in your party has arrived at the event, guests can check-in with our reception staff to select an available time to get on a shuffleboard table. If you are unable to go to your shuffleboard table at the assigned time, it may be given to another party.
What does a Y2K theme mean?
Break out your low-rise jeans and Britney CDs because we’re going to party like it’s 2004. We’ll be ringing in the New Year with a “totally rad” theme that celebrates the funkiness and uniqueness of the early 2000s style. Rally your besties, grab your bedazzler and dance along to your favorite 2000s throwback jams all night long (flip phone not included).
Will there be prizes for best dressed?
Yes! We’ll be on the lookout for best dressed guests every hour who will have the opportunity to win an Electric Shuffle gift card.
Are there vegetarian/vegan food options?
Many of our passed dishes will already be vegetarian. If someone in your party is vegan, please inform a member of our team to learn more about the options available to them during the event.
Are tickets refundable?
No. All ticket sales are final, and we will not be issuing any refunds. Please call ahead if your plans change.
Can I re-sell my tickets?
Electric Shuffle is not responsible for tickets re-sold after the initial point of purchase. All tickets are held under the name of the original purchaser unless we are contacted directly and asked to update the reservation/ticket holder name.
